This dealership sucks they posted a vehicle at one price and then sold it to me at a higher price and made excuses about the picture wasn't the same vehicle xx they are sneaky and unreliable a bunch of con artist. do not buy from here!!!!

I really don't want to leave this review, but the service department has me so mad and frustrated right now, that I feel prospective service customers need to know what they are going to deal with if they take their vehicle there to be serviced. My 2020 Traverse was dropped off 57 days ago to have a torque converter changed out under warranty, the part was delivered the week after I dropped it off so everything, they need to fix it with is available and it still hasn't made it into the shop. I really don't want to leave this review, but the service department has me so mad and frustrated right now, that I feel prospective service customers need to know what they are going to deal with if they take their vehicle there to be serviced. My 2020 Traverse was dropped off 57 days ago to have a torque converter changed out under warranty, the part was delivered the week after I dropped it off so everything, they need to fix it with is available and it still hasn't made it into the shop. Evidently, they only have one transmission guy and only one lift in the service shop. How do I know this because 2 and a half weeks ago Alex told me that they had a truck on the lift that needed a brake line repaired when I stopped in today 3/27/25 the same truck is still on the lift and "my car is next in line". I've been hearing this same old sorry story for over a MONTH AND A HALF!! I've had so much smoke blown at me it's coming out my ears!! GM,com says it's supposed to be a day job, I'll buy a couple of days, if they have one technician but evidently the guy is only part time because he's gone all the time. I am quickly approaching my third car payment that I will have made with no car. I've bought three vehicles from Tony and had a great experience but the one time I need actual service done other that an oil change and I run into this it's ridiculous, they may as well run a Jiffy Lube because that seems to be the only service they can do in a timely manner. It's such a shame that an otherwise good opinion of a place can be changed by such a **** experience.

Stay away from this place! It’s a joke the GM doesn’t care about what kind of vehicles he’s putting people in! Only cares about selling them! DONT BUY a car here. We purchased a vehicle that we have been having problems with since day 4 of purchase & I’ve called to see if they can fix it for us but refused. They will fix it but I have to pay for it! I even talked to the general manager that looked me in my face when I told him there had to be something they could do being as i hadn’t even had the car a full month day sorry I bought the car as is! I have filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General, with DMV, motor vehicles, with compliance of my vehicle, and I’ve even talked to the financing company which finance my vehicle. On day 30 I finally just went and dropped off the car and said I didn’t want it. They finally then said let’s take it to the shop and figure out what’s going on with it. After that, we got a whole list of things wrong with the Cadillac converter, exhaust and bolts, possibly the O2 sensors, motor mounts, oh, and if that doesn’t fix the car, then I might need a wheel bearing or a wheel axle. The list goes on and on and on yet they still refuse to fix it or admit that they sold me a bad vehicle.

Do not buy from here. They have horrible customer service after the deal is done. They only want the sale. It is four months later after purchase of vehicle and still no registration or license plates. Salesman has known all along cause he has been mailing me temporary license to print out. Found out tags were received on August 28 and he was suppose to mail. Here it is over a week later and someone else is having to mail out cause we had to call back again and see where they were. He is a horrible salesman, DAVID!!! Found out my vehicle is not even registered in the states. It is registered in Canada. Something that should have been taken care of before it was sold. Do not buy from here. Go somewhere else. They only want the money!!!
